Aleksandra Martinoska (Bucholc) was born in 1994 in
Poland (Warsaw). At the age of six she
she started playing the violin and received her first lessons.

She studied with prof. Magdalena Szczepanowska in Warsaw
and between 2012 - 2020 she studied at the Konservatorium
Vienna Private University with prof. Pavel Vernikov.
She participated in master classes with prof. Wanda Wiłkomirska,
prof. Ning Feng, prof. Zakhar Bron, prof. Bill van der Sloot,
prof. Ian Swensen, prof. Pierre Amoyal. Aleksandra was
repeatedly a prize-winner of many national and international competitions. Her most important competition successes were achieved
for example at the XII International Competition "Bohdan
Warchal"- "Talents for Europe" in Slovakia (I prize),
51 "Kocian Violin Competition" in Czech Republic (II prize), International Competition for Violin of the Hohenlohe Cultural Foundation
in Schöntal Monastery, Germany (IV prize),
National Violin Competition "CEA" in Poland (I prize),
Juanesses International Violin Competition in
Bucharest, Romania (II prize), International Violin Competition
Violin Competition "The Young Paganini" in Legnica,
Poland (I prize), Tadeusz Wroński International Solo Violin
Competition (V prize) to name a few.

She has participated in 45 competitions in Poland and abroad. Aleksandra performs as a soloist with various orchestras such as the Sinfonia Viva, the Sinfonia Varsovia, the State Chamber Orchestra of Zilina, the Józef Elsner Opole Philharmonic Orchestra and the Calgary
Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2012 she received a
Scholarship from the Polish government.

After a successful audition with the
Niederösterreichische Tonkünstler in the summer of 2014, Aleksandra was Aleksandra a position with the 2nd violins tutti as part of the Orchestra Academy. On February 24, 2015 she took up the challenge
On February 24, 2015, she took up the challenge of the audition again and now has a permanent full-time engagement with the 1st violins tutti.
