As an artist Florian Reider works due to his broadband education in many different genres, be it classical genres, be it classical, jazz, or contemporary music. Performances have taken him to venues such as the Wiener Konzerthaus, the Yamaha Concert Hall, the Jazzclub ZWE, the Porgy & Bess, and the Erler Festspielhaus. Above all, Reider is active as a chamber musician and jazz musician and has performed in these functions at national and international festivals and competitions. and international festivals and competitions, such as Wien Modern, the Outreach Music Festival, Fintdaz Iquique (Chile), the first Online-Audiography Festival 2020, the Marianne Mendt Jazz Competition, Jazzhaus Freiburg Jazz Piano Competition, Musica Juventutis, etc.
He also cooperates with the Austrian music publisher Doblinger. Florian Reider began his pianistic career career at the age of 7 with Johannes Chmelan of the Landesmusikschule Wörgl. In connection with the continuation school education at the music high school in Innsbruck, he transferred from the music school to the Tyrolean State Conservatory in the fall of 2008. There he studied for three years in the preparatory course, followed by two years of concert piano studies with Sebastian Euler. In 2010 he expanded his instrumentation trumpet with Christian Gruber, also at the LMS Wörgl, until 2013. the LMS Wörgl. From 2013 to 2018 followed a bachelor's degree in concert piano, as well as IGP studies at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität Wien with Gerhard Geretschläger.
Currently he is a bachelor student in jazz piano with Aaron Wonesch, also at the MUK Vienna. He continued his trumpet studies with Jörg Engels and Simon Plötzeneder, among others. At the Landesmusikschule Wörgl Reider has been teaching piano at the Landesmusikschule Wörgl since the fall of 2018. piano and is also deepening his involvement with other artistic other artistic activities such as photography and sound engineering.
